BRIEF OVERVIEW:
DURATION: 04 DAYS
INCLUDE: transfers in – out, City Tour and Dinosaur Tracks. In sucre, City Tour and visit to the Mines of Potosi, 3 nights of lodgings, all the breakfasts specified in the programme , all the entrances in the above-mentioned excursions, all transfers and land transports in private service , all applicable taxes ,all tours with bilingual guides (english/spanish)
DAY 01.- ARRIVE TO SUCRE, recepction and transfer to the selected hotel, later tour by the city of Sucre, guided visit to the House of the Freedom, Tourist Complex of the Recoleta, Church of San Lazaro, Santo Domingo, Convent of San Felipe de Nery, Church of La Merced, the General Cemetery and other major historical monuments of Sucre. Overnight.
DAY 02.- DINOSAUR TRACKS, After breakfast a guided tour appreciating the tracks of Dinosaurs on the lime cliff side of Orko. According to studies made they belong to prehistoric animals that lived in this area between 65 million and 70 million years ago. Then we will visit the cement factory "Fancesa" at 5 km from the city.
In the afternoon transfer in private car from Sucre to Potosí. Overnight.
DAY 03.- POTOSI, after breakfast, we will visit the mining market in Calvario. Afterwards we will visit one of the private mines of the Sumaj Orkjo where we will have a spectacular view of the city of Potosí. We will enter the mine for a visit. In the afternoon we will make a guided visit of the colonial city of Potosí, to the famous House of the Mint, the Churches of San Lorenzo and Santa Teresa, the Main Square, colonial and pedestrian streets where time seems to have stopped.
Return to the hotel.
DAY 04.- BACK TO SUCRE, after breakfast, return to Sucre, transfer to the airport
